When the Prime Minister Hands You a Responsibility
You do it with love and passion.
It was a quiet evening after a long day of consultations…when the call came. A request to curate not just a dish, but also lifestyle tips—for our Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji’s enduring vision for wellness, discipline, simplicity, and a self-reliant Bharat.
A reflection of Made in India, Heal in India—a mission rooted in the belief that the wisdom to restore already exists within our homes, our land, and our way of life.
We only had a few hours to put this together. And something beautiful unfolded.
Our core team came together—driven by purpose, pride, and unity. Late-night calls, seamless coordination, and creativity flowed. This wasn’t just a project. It was our seva.
We didn’t want to offer just another recipe or lifestyle plan, but reflect Bharat’s legacy and values that every citizen, school, workplace, and home could embrace.
A historic moment—the first time such a lifestyle plan was ever curated in honor of our Prime Minister. And we are humbled to be the team entrusted with it.
Among 20 global leaders invited to the NXT Conclave 2025, Luke was chosen as the only keynote speaker for NXT in Health. It was on this global stage that he unveiled this offering – not just for our country, but for the world.

India on a Plate: The Story Behind The Bharat Dish
The Bharat Dish is a humble yet powerful reminder that healing begins at home. We chose simplicity over complexity—real food made from what most Indian homes already have. As part of the Made in India, Heal in India initiative, it reflects the soul of our kitchens and the wisdom of our land.
The Bharat Dish is comforting, balanced, affordable, and rooted in tradition.
This meal brings back the wisdom of eating seasonal, local, and clean – what our ancestors always practiced. It’s not just a recipe, it’s a call to return to food that heals, nourishes, and strengthens.
A timeless pairing, this is the beautiful coming together of humble khichdi and soothing kadhi—a dish that nourishes both body and soul.
"Eat mindfully. Prioritize home-cooked meals – what we call Ghar ka khana, meaning food made at home."
— Luke Coutinho
