Kids Menu for Healthy Homeschooling
As our kids continue staying at home and embrace homeschooling, giving our kids the right kind of nutrition, to support their health, growth, development and immunity is crucial. Understanding how overwhelming it can sometimes get to decide what to cook for kids while also having to juggle between work and household chores, we have created a simple, nutritionally balanced, kids-friendly menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner – for all 4 weeks of the month, that parents can download for free, print and plan meals ahead of time to save time and also know that your kids are eating well.
We have created two menus – Indian and International – based on choices and preferences. All meals are thoughtfully curated keeping in mind the nutrient synergy and balancing.
