We Suggested THIS Concoction To Our Diabetes Clients For 8-10 Weeks, and Voila

Did you know one out of six people with diabetes globally is from India? We rank second in the world (after China) with over 77 million diabetes cases. As you read this, millions of people are dying each year because of uncontrolled diabetes. It makes the virus look feeble compared to the havoc diabetes can wreak.

Similarly, cholesterol issues plague millions of people around the world. Before we discuss this further, it is important to bust some myths. Cholesterol by itself is not a bad thing. It only poses a threat to your health when your low-density lipoprotein (LDL) or bad cholesterol and triglyceride levels are high, and your high-density lipoprotein (HDL) or good cholesterol is low.

So, it is high time we stop demonizing cholesterol. We wouldn’t be alive without it. Every single of our trillion cells requires good cholesterol to function, regulate hormones, and cardiovascular, liver, and brain health.

But why are we speaking about diabetes and cholesterol? Because today we want to share with you the scientific benefits of apple cider vinegar (ACV) and a beautiful concoction that has worked brilliantly for many of our diabetes patients for the last few years. But remember, this is not a magic concoction. It will never work alone. You need to eat cleaner, move more, sleep deep, and look after your stress levels for it to work.

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is made by fermenting apple juice. Whenever the topic of ACV comes up, the most common question we get asked is, “Is apple cider vinegar a weight loss drink?” Yes, it is a myth if you think apple cider vinegar is going to help you lose weight. Many companies sell apple cider vinegar as a weight loss drink. But you need to remember that weight loss includes resetting your hormonal balance and improving your metabolic health by making lifestyle changes. There is no magic drink in the world that can help you lose weight.

But yes, there are scientific studies that suggest various health benefits of apple cider vinegar at a therapeutic level in the human body when used consistently in the right way.

Done over eight to ten weeks, here is one such protocol that has shown improvement among our patients with diabetes. Did ACV reverse their diabetes? No. We all know that the reversal of Type 2 diabetes will happen when you fix your lifestyle consistently.

But can ACV aid in bringing down sugar levels? Can it improve insulin sensitivity and lower your triglycerides and bad cholesterol? Absolutely YES.

How can you use ACV?

Consume apple cider vinegar with the mother culture. Today you get a lot of apple cider vinegar from fancy brands that are pure and clear liquids – filtered and refined. They are not cloudy and have no sediment settled at the bottom of the bottle. ACV with mother culture is unfiltered and unrefined vinegar and has a cloudy appearance. It is loaded with beneficial bacteria, yeast, acetic acid, and protein. So always opt for apple cider vinegar with the mother culture. Shop for it here.

This concoction cannot replace your doctor’s medication and works over and above that. One pointer to always keep in mind: Never consume apple cider vinegar plain. Drinking ACV plain can damage your tissues and esophagus. So, always dilute it with water.

Consume one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a mug of water 30 minutes before every meal. So if you are having three meals in a day, you will have apple cider vinegar thrice a day. Now, more apple cider vinegar does not mean more results. Less is more.

Now one out of these three times, prepare and consume this brew:

  1. Take warm water in a mug. It can be marginally hot but ensure it is not boiling.
  2. Add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to it.
  3. Add a pinch of dry ginger powder, clove powder, Sri Lankan rolled cinnamon powder, cumin powder, and cardamom powder. If you have these whole spices at home, you can grind them into a powder and add them. But if you don’t, buy it by the bottle (preferably organic).
  4. Mix it well. And sip slowly on this 30 minutes before your meals.

How does this help?

This brew stimulates your muscles to absorb more glucose when you eat and digest your food and prevents sudden blood sugar spikes. It aids the release of stomach acids and digestive enzymes to boost your digestion too.

Each of the spices added in this brew is highly anti-inflammatory and excellent for your metabolic and cognitive health. Of course, if you are intolerant to spices or they do not suit you, you can skip them.

What if you miss drinking it before your meal?

Now let us assume you missed drinking this before your meal because of any other commitment. You can also do it within an hour of finishing your meal. Try not to drink it immediately after your meal because you do not want to dilute your stomach acids and digestive enzymes. Keep a gap of 30 minutes.

The most important part of following this protocol is maintaining discipline and consistency. Do this for eight to ten weeks with adequate exercise, good nutrition, quality sleep, and emotional wellness. Check your sugar and cholesterol levels at the end of this period, and you will be surprised.

If this works for you, great. If it does not, don’t lose heart. Each of you is a unique bio-individual. But remember, if you cheat, it definitely will not work for you. You cannot do this for one week and expect immediate results. Be honest with yourself.

How do the spices help? The antioxidants in these spices will strike down the free radicals and lower the oxidative stress created by pollutants in the air we breathe, poor quality food and water, overexercising and underexercising, and poor recovery and sleep at a cellular level.

If you stay in a cold country, you will enjoy this warm apple cider vinegar brew. If you want to boost its flavor and have it at night, you can add a pinch of ground nutmeg powder. It will help you sleep better.

Now, what if you do not have cholesterol or diabetes issues?

Can apple cider vinegar still benefit you? Yes, having this brew once a day (before a meal) is good for you. Apple cider vinegar is an excellent prebiotic that feeds your good gut bacteria and diversifies its population. Learn more about how to build good gut health here.

Apple cider vinegar has also been studied to improve insulin insensitivity. And so it can improve your chances of losing weight than those with uncontrolled blood sugar levels and insulin insensitivity. So, yes, it can play an indirect role in weight loss when coupled with the right lifestyle changes. Do let us know how it worked for you.
