Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Avocado Peeled and diced
  • 2 medjool dates soaked in 1 tbsp water
  • ¼ cup unsweetened Coconut milk or Almond milk as per needs
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 tsp Beetroot powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Beetroot powder
  • 1/2 tsp pure Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup

Topping add ons

  • Pumpkin seed
  • Cacao nibs
  • Coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients for the pudding to the food processor.
  • Stop it in between making sure it gets into a smooth mousse consistency.
  • Transfer it into containers or tiny glasses and refrigerate till the mixture is firm.
  • Garnish with Topping add ons as per choice.

Notes

  • Smooth and creamy texture pudding is not only satiating for the taste buds but loaded with wonder nutrients too.
  • Avocados provide healthy fat, which when paired with its high nutrient content (i.e. fiber, vitamins B, C, K, and E, potassium, and magnesium) makes this a super healthy all time favorite delicacy.
  • Add on different toppings as per choice and availability.
