Beat the Heat: Yogurt Popsicle

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups yogurt, (plain) made from A2 milk
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 3 cups fruits of choice, (chopped mangoes, banana, pineapple, or berries as per availability)

Instructions
 

  • Beat the yogurt and honey well.
  • Fold in the chopped fruits.
  • Pour the mixture into dry popsicle molds.
  • Add in the popsicle sticks and transfer to the freezer.
  • Freeze for at least five hours before enjoying it.

Power tips and variations

  • To remove popsicles easily from their molds, let them stand at room temperature for five minutes.
  • Use fruits as per the availability and seasons.
  • You can also add a drizzle of soaked sabja/sweet basil seeds or chia seeds.

Notes

  • This healthy popsicle is rich in protein, calcium, and fiber.
  • Adding fruits makes it rich in Vitamin C and B vitamins and antioxidants.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups watermelon slices, diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp raw honey

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, purée two cups of watermelon pieces, mint leaves, coconut water, lime juice, and honey.
  • Cut the remaining cups of watermelon slices into 1/4-inch cubes.
  • Mix them with the popsicle mixture and evenly divide them into the popsicle molds.
  • Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.

  • You can also opt to replace mint with other herbs like thyme, lavender, or basil.
