Sharing the recipe for Almond Milk here:
Serves – 1
Preparation time – 12 hours (soaking)
Total time – 12 hours 15 minutes
Ingredients
7 to 8 almonds (raw, unsalted, and soaked overnight)
1 cup water (as per required consistency)
Method
Soak 7 to 8 almonds overnight.
The next day, discard the water. Blend the soaked almonds with little water into a fine paste.
Add a glass of water to this paste to reach a thin milk-like consistency. Do not sieve. Keep the fiber intact. Stir well.
Boost its flavor by adding cardamom powder or a dash of jaggery to sweeten (as per taste).
If you decide to sieve the milk, the pulp can also be added to your pancake mix.
