Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup puffed amaranth seeds
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup mix of pistachios and desiccated coconut

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the cacao powder, peanut butter, chia seeds, cinnamon, pure vanilla extract, pistachios, desiccated coconut, and salt.
  • Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Add the puffed amaranth seeds to the bowl and gently fold them into the cacao mixture until evenly coated.
  • Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into bite-sized balls.
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow them to set.
  • Once firm, the cacao pops are ready to be enjoyed.
  • Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a week.

  • Add a crunchy texture and nutty flavor to your cacao pops by mixing in chopped nuts like almonds, walnuts, or hazelnuts.
