Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt, (plain) made from A2 milk
- 1/3 cup raw honey
- 3 cups fruits of choice, (chopped mangoes, banana, pineapple, or berries as per availability)
Instructions
- Beat the yogurt and honey well.
- Fold in the chopped fruits.
- Pour the mixture into dry popsicle molds.
- Add in the popsicle sticks and transfer to the freezer.
- Freeze for at least five hours before enjoying it.

- To remove popsicles easily from their molds, let them stand at room temperature for five minutes.
- Use fruits as per the availability and seasons.
- You can also add a drizzle of soaked sabja/sweet basil seeds or chia seeds.

Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon slices, diced
- 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp raw honey
Instructions
