My Journey
I have been working with Luke Coutinho Holistic Healing Systems since 2017 as a head nutritionist and my journey so far has been exhilarating. I’ve assisted Luke and even independently taken consults along with handling a number of clients virtually.
In the past, I have had the privilege of being associated with multilateral organization like UNICEF and leading biscuit company, Britannia as an Intern. I’ve developed sharp interpersonal and intrapersonal skills over the years due to my exposure to online coaching. My rapport building and listening skills have helped me attain success in a number of cases globally.
My daily mantra for fitness is Surya Namaskar, Pranayam and TABATA. I am passionate about candid photography and charcoal painting. I also believe that, there are greater chances of succeeding in any effort when we have enough motivation and inspiration.I practice what I preache.
