I am a Clinical Dietitian and Certified Diabetic Educator with a Master’s degree in Food Science and Nutrition. My passion lies in helping people improve their health through easy-to-follow, personalized diet plans. I believe that nutrition should be simple, practical, and enjoyable, allowing healthy habits to fit seamlessly into daily life.
As a person, I’m polite, approachable, and an active listener, which helps me understand my clients on a deeper level. I recognize that every health journey is unique, so I take a holistic approach, focusing not only on nutrition but also on lifestyle, mental well-being, and long-term habit formation. Whether it's managing weight, improving metabolic health, or taking control of diabetes, I’m dedicated to working closely with my clients, supporting them every step of the way. Building strong, trusting relationships is central to my practice, as it helps my clients feel comfortable and supported in achieving their goals.
Outside of my professional life, I love spending time with family and friends, dancing, and drawing. Being left-handed adds a fun twist to my creative hobbies and everyday experiences. As a fitness enthusiast, I’m committed to taking care of my own health, which further motivates me to inspire others on their wellness journey. My mission is to empower my clients to prioritize their health in a way that feels both sustainable and rewarding.
