My Journey
I am a clinical nutritionist with three years of experience. I strongly believe that food can serve as medicine, when combined with the right lifestyle changes and if used correctly. I also believe in practicing what I preach. I ensure to work on myself daily not only in terms of nutrition and exercise but stress and sleep patterns, too. Transforming lives and helping my clients in treating their conditions give me immense happiness. Since I experienced a good 20 kg weight loss journey a few years ago by putting my theoretical knowledge into good use, I truly can relate to the struggle my clients go through. I am also a self-taught home baker, trying to swap refined and inflammatory foods with healthier ones.

What my clients say about me
"My lifestyle was too sedentary because I worked as a freelance software engineer. I was also dealing with anxiety and clinical depression. I used to frequently end up overeating. I also had very low levels of vitamin D3 and B12. As a result of all these, I gained too much weight and became lazy. I found it difficult to even complete my regular tasks. I made the decision to sign up with the goal of losing weight and making healthy yet guided adjustments to my lifestyle. I was given a diet by my coach Nandita that I could follow easily. I started feeling better after a few weeks, and I also started getting more active. My friends and coworkers began noticing physical changes in me. It felt wonderful. In addition, my anxiety problems began to fade. I don't currently experience any anxiety or depression. My impulsive eating has also disappeared. I began to feel more confident about myself and my appearance. This had a beneficial effect on my communication as well."
