My Journey
I have always had an interest in food and nutrition. The perfect opportunity to upskill and deep dive into it came when I studied with LSI (Lifeness Science Institute) under Luke and his team’s mentorship. I first started my journey as a consulting nutritionist. Ever since it has been quite an enlightening journey.
I have a great rapport with all my clients because I am a patient listener. I believe being empathetic helps
strengthen this bond further. I believe in the power of food and lifestyle changes and have experienced its benefits firsthand, as these have helped my clients achieve excellent results and meet their health and wellness goals.

What my clients say about me
My journey with Team Luke was very good. I had diabetes and my Hb1ac was 10. I was very worried. After taking the You Care Wellness Program, my sugar levels have come down. I used to struggle with severe acidity and had to take an antacid every morning on an empty stomach. I had to stop drinking my morning and evening tea due to it. But thanks to the program, I am off antacids and have also started enjoying 1/2 a cup again. My BP used to fluctuate, but during the 3 months, it didn't. I feel energized and my sinus problem is as good as gone. Even though there was painting work happening at home, it didn’t affect me. Previously even a little dust or smoke would aggravate my cold and cough. My nutritionist Sakina was a very sweet girl and guided me well with my diet. She gave me a lot of options and was ever willing to help. If I had any queries, even on her holidays she would revert to my messages. Sakina is very devoted to her work and with her help and support, I am feeling much more healthy today. - Abida Patel
It was a beautiful journey, these 3 months. I thank you, Sakina, for all your care and support. When I joined the program, I was fully convinced about the quality of Luke's programs. Maybe, that is the reason I did everything sincerely without complaining. And, no doubt, I am taking away so much knowledge about food and health with me. The most beautiful thing about the program is that I enjoyed most of the food in the diet plan. Learned new tasty soups, rotis, and sautéed veggies, which will be part of what I eat daily. I feel so much healthier and happier after the 3 months. Thank you so much, Sakina. I will surely stay in touch. So happy to have been with you on the program. - Priya
