My Journey
Armed with a Bachelors in Food Science and Nutrition and a Post Graduate Diploma in Pediatric Nutrition, I further specialized in dietetics, Weight Management, Nutrition Management in Children and Adolescence, Pre and Post Pregnancy Nutrition. I believe that good health can only be achieved with a permanent positive lifestyle change and not just by working out or following a diet. Daily I indulges in activities such as walking, cycling and yoga.

I started the journey around 1st week of January weighing around 64.5kgs , issues with bloating , not having a balanced meal, hair fall, gastric problem, pain in left knee, mindless eating, high on caffeine, dryness on feet, too much stress, eating during stressed times, over eating etc. and like icing on the cake, with my frequent travels, had led me into a sedentary lifestyle.
