I’m also a Certified Diabetes Educator and hold a certification in Sports Nutrition. I take a holistic approach, focusing on nutrition and exercise, sleep, stress, and emotional well-being. With years of experience helping individuals from all walks of life manage chronic conditions like diabetes, heart disease, thyroid, gut health, hormonal imbalance, gout, renal health, and weight management, I use evidence-based strategies to guide clients toward sustainable health changes. I believe in the power of empathy and approachability, working with each person to find solutions that work for them. I’m committed to staying updated with the latest research and am always eager to learn more.
