My experience taught me that real health isn’t just about what’s on your plate—it’s also about movement, emotional balance, and learning to turn stress and anxiety into strength.

Today, I help clients not just eat better but live better—by understanding their bodies, honoring their uniqueness, and making small, sustainable changes that add up to big results.
