Ingredients:

  • 1 cup banana flour
  • 2 tbsp sattu flour
  • 1/2 – 1 cup fresh and unsweetened coconut milk
  • 4 eggs or 1 tbsp flax seeds beaten with 3 tbsp water to form a jelly like paste
  • 1 tbsp cold pressed coconut oil or organic A2 ghee
  • ½ tsp of pink salt
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Sri Lankan cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp raw unpasteurized honey
  • Ghee or coconut oil for cooking
