Ingredients:
- 1 cup banana flour
- 2 tbsp sattu flour
- 1/2 – 1 cup fresh and unsweetened coconut milk
- 4 eggs or 1 tbsp flax seeds beaten with 3 tbsp water to form a jelly like paste
- 1 tbsp cold pressed coconut oil or organic A2 ghee
- ½ tsp of pink salt
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Sri Lankan cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp raw unpasteurized honey
- Ghee or coconut oil for cooking
