It was a quiet evening. I had just wrapped up a long day of patient consults and stepped out to soak in the sunset when my phone rang.
The message on the other end made me pause.
We were being invited to design something truly special—a holistic menu based on our Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji’s preferences, complete with Bharat-inspired meals and powerful lifestyle tips. It was to be rooted in Indian superfoods and principles, created not just for him, but as an offering for the entire nation.
There was just one catch—we had only a few hours to make it happen.
But what followed was nothing short of magic.
Our core team came together in an unshakable flow of purpose and passion. Calls buzzed through the night. Ideas bloomed. Recipes were refined. Lifestyle guidance was discussed. Chefs, nutritionists, coordinators, and event teams worked in harmony to create something we knew had to be more than just good—it had to be meaningful.
This wasn’t just a project.
This was our seva.

A Moment of Pride. A Lesson in Sacrifice.
I had the great honor of presenting this booklet to our Hon. Prime Minister at the NXT Conclave where I was chosen to be a keynote speaker on NXT in Health.
It was a moment of deep pride for me and the team. But like many meaningful moments in life, it came with a choice.
To be present for this opportunity, I had to miss my daughter Tyanna’s school concert—something I had promised I’d attend. It broke both our hearts.
But her grace, her understanding, and the strength she showed—that’s what made this even more profound. We learned from each other’s sacrifices. It reminded me that the work we do is not just about health. It’s about values, emotions, and legacy.
I dedicate this booklet to her, my team, our Bharat and all our citizens.
