- 4 cups water
- Seasonings – Pink Himalayan salt, black pepper, red paprika, turmeric, thyme – to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp cold pressed coconut oil
