Ingredients:

  • Lightly roasted black til/sesame – 1.5 cup
  • Gond/edible gum – less than ¼ cup
  • Organic jaggery – ¼ cup (grated)
  • A2 gir cow ghee – as required (1 tbsp to fry the gond and 1 tbsp for the ladoo)
  • Cardamom powder for taste
