I have completed my graduation in Food Science and Nutrition and have a post-graduate diploma in Dietetics. I have also completed a certificate course in naturopathy along with reflexology to ensure my approach towards healing was holistic.
With 10 years of experience in this field and having handled over 3000 cases, I believe that redefining the meaning of diet and nutrition is the need of the hour. It’s time to focus our energies on centering our attention to lifestyle while balancing sleep, exercise, stress and nutrition. These four pillars are key to a healthy human body.
I have experience managing and improving health conditions like diabetes, thyroid, osteoporosis, PCOS, auto immune conditions (such as endometriosis, psoriasis, eczema, motor neuron diseases and so on), gut health, hormonal imbalance and Cancer and active exercising sector of society.
I have conducted several lectures at schools to impart knowledge on nutrition for growing kids, and at a cardiac hospital to instill healthy food habits and exercise post bypass surgery. I also write articles for magazines on various health and fitness topics. My nutrition philosophy is “A small change can make a big difference”. My goal is to boost the body’s overall performance, improve health and increase fitness levels.
In my opinion, emotional wellness is another crucial factor for overall health and wellbeing. If that is addressed and you identify the root cause, it can positively impact any health condition and enable you to achieve your health goals.
