yogurt,
(plain) made from A2 milk
1/3
cup
raw honey

fruits of choice,
(chopped mangoes, banana, pineapple, or berries as per availability)
Instructions
Beat the yogurt and honey well.
Fold in the chopped fruits.
Pour the mixture into dry popsicle molds.
Add in the popsicle sticks and transfer to the freezer.
Freeze for at least five hours before enjoying it.
Power tips and variations
To remove popsicles easily from their molds, let them stand at room temperature for five minutes.
Use fruits as per the availability and seasons.
You can also add a drizzle of soaked sabja/sweet basil seeds or chia seeds.
Notes
This healthy popsicle is rich in protein, calcium, and fiber.
Adding fruits makes it rich in Vitamin C and B vitamins and antioxidants.
