Easy to make highly nutritious dry fruit, this ladoo is loaded with calcium, iron, protein, potassium and all the essential vitamins and minerals, which is essential for the lactating mother and the baby.

- 1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 Cup chopped Almonds
- 2 Cups chopped medjool dates
- 1/2 Cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 Cup Chopped figs
- 3/4 Cup roasted sesame seed
- 1/2 Cup unsalted pistachios
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
Chop almonds, unsalted pistachios, walnuts.
Add these nuts and seeds to the blender/mixer and turn on just once to twice to make a semi ground powder.
Chop the dates
Add the nut mixture to dates, fig and cardamom and mix it thoroughly.
Take the mixture and make tiny balls and enjoy .
