I have ulcerative colitis and am on infusion infliximab every 4 weeks since February, my iron levels are at 5 , they are going to give me iron infusion when I’m down for my next infusion , have you any advice for me I would like to get of medicine in the near future and help myself but knowing what to do is my biggest problem

It’s great, but I have 1 question if we are breaking the IF and our 1st meal will be lunch, does having ACV be ok on empty stomach or we should break the fast with some fruit (banana?) and then wait for sometimes to have the ACV n lunch in 30 min? Pls clarify
Hi Shweta,
Break your intermittent fast slowly. Gently wake up your digestive system by drinking lemon water, following it up with fruit, and then the meal. To answer your question – yes, you can break your intermittent fast gently with a fruit (depending on when you are doing it), have the ACV brew, and have your meal after a gap of 30 to 40 minutes.

Hi Luke l just came across your posting in January of 23. I am so blown away. There is a post for every condition. I started doing my walk after each meal and it makes such a great difference to my digestion. No more reflux anymore. i am even losing weight. I thank God for you and for being so unselfish.
