In a bowl, mix sorghum flour, sattu flour, and salt.
Warm the oil and add the flour mix to it.
Mix cumin powder, crushed rosemary, and carom seeds into it.
Boil water in a pan and add the above mix. Use a spoon to mix the flour.
Adjust the water depending on the required consistency.
Turn off the flame and keep the mix aside for 20 minutes to cool down.
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 150℃.
Meanwhile, using a rolling pin, roll the ball-sized dough into a 1/2-inch thick sheet.
Use a knife to cut into desired shapes
Bake for 20-30 minutes until they are done.
Once done, let them cool completely.
Store in airtight containers.
