- ½ cup sorghum flour, jowar flour
- ½ cup ragi flour, finger millet flour
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- ½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon powder
- ½ cup almond milk or A2 milk as per suitability
- ¼ cup raw cacao powder
- Raw honey to garnish
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl well with a spatula and beat it to a batter consistency.
Heat the pan to medium heat. Lightly grease with a few drops of oil and gently pour the batter.
When small bubbles form, flip the pancake over and cook for approximately 10 seconds.
Serve hot and garnish with raw honey.
