End of Life? Only If You Let It Be!

If all treatments and medicines have stopped working, you have been told this is end of life, there is something powerful and free you can still try. You have nothing to lose, and everything to gain.

Let me be clear—I am not against medicine. Medicine saves lives. But what happens when medicine no longer works? When doctors send you home with no more options, when the medical world has done all it can—what then? Reaching this point is no one’s fault, but it leads us to a place beyond medicine, a place we should never have to face. Yet, some do. And when that time comes, what else can you do?

End of life? Think Again

What I am about to share is not my invention. This knowledge has existed for decades, but it’s rarely used. Why? Because people often lose faith when treatments no longer work. Many assume it’s the end of life—believing that if medicine can’t save them, nothing can. But that is simply not true. If that were the case, we wouldn’t have cancer survivors, or people who’ve overcome brain tumors and other life-threatening diseases. Yet, hundreds and thousands of such survivors live among us today, defying what medical science predicted.

It shows us possibilities of recovery, miracles, healing, whatever it is you may want to call it. It is only end of life, if you believe it.

What I’m sharing today isn’t some magic pill, superfood, oil, or new-age fad. None of that will be the sole answer to your recovery. Anyone who promises otherwise is misleading you. However, if you are open to trying something beyond medicine—something that incorporates prayer, belief, nature, the right food, movement, deep sleep, and emotional wellness—then there is hope.

That hope isn’t a guarantee. But ask yourself: How will we ever know what could work unless we try? Despite what statistics, doctors, or books say, humans are not numbers. No one has the right to decide the final outcome of our lives.

So, if you find yourself in a position where you’ve been sent home to die peacefully end of life, where there are no more medical options, you lose nothing by trying what I’m about to share—unless, of course, your health doesn’t allow it.

Put your fear on the back burner, and try to follow this by making an informed decision and in the safest possible way for you. Is it a guarantee that it will work? I do not know. Maybe, maybe not! But it is the body’s most powerful healing mechanism that we rarely use.

Here are the steps:

1. Fasting—Dry or Wet (Intermittent)

Fasting is not starvation. Most patients at this stage already have a low appetite, so don’t eat until you are truly hungry. Gradually build up your fasting hours. Start with 14 hours, and then try to extend it—perhaps to 16 or even 24 hours. Drink only water, or, if you choose, dry fast until you feel thirsty.

Fasting allows the intelligence of your body to activate. The body is a powerful healer when given the space and time to do so. Be mindful and monitor your vitals. Practice fasting smartly, and always listen to your body. Commit to it with belief and faith—it can be transformative. And if you can’t fast, that’s okay too. Just remember, when done right, fasting is one of the body’s most potent tools for healing.

2. Honor the Circadian Rhythm

Healing happens best when we align with nature’s cycles. Adopt these practices with faith and discipline:

  • Eat dinner within 45 minutes of sunset.
  • Switch off gadgets at least an hour before bed.
  • Aim for a bedtime between 9-10 pm.
  • Wake up before sunrise and spend 2-5 minutes looking at the sky or sun.
  • Avoid food and water from sunset to sunrise. If you’re not hungry in the morning, extend your fast until you are.
  • Maintain consistent meal times every day. This is crucial.

Our bodies thrive on rhythm. Following the circadian cycle is one of the most powerful ways to aid healing.

3. Emotional Expression

Release everything locked inside your heart and mind. I’m not talking about confession, but expression—get everything out. Guilt, anger, shame, envy—whatever it is, express it freely to someone who will simply listen. Empty yourself of suppressed emotions. This act can be incredibly liberating, and it may significantly contribute to your healing journey.

4. Mind Your Diet

If you can, keep white sugar, junk, and processed foods out of your diet. This alone can make a massive difference. You don’t need fancy superfoods—just clean, simple, and natural foods that support your body’s healing.

What we aim to do with this protocol is to awaken the body’s own intelligence, aligning ourselves with nature and allowing the healing power within to take over. The further we drift from nature, the more sickness and imbalance we face. But when we return to nature’s rhythms, incredible things can happen.

This protocol is simple, but simplicity has always been the solution to the world’s most complex problems.

I wish you love, strength, and all the energy in the world as you take these steps. If healing is meant to happen, it will. If it doesn’t and it still feels like end of life, that’s destiny. But at least you tried. And remember, even if you’re not at a stage of advanced disease, this protocol can still benefit you.

Know someone who has been told they are at the end of life stage? Share this with them. May be this will bring them a little bit of hope.
