Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup A2 milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped mangoes
  • 1/4 tsp of Sri Lankan rolled cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tbsp finely chopped pistachios

Instructions
 

  • In a glass jar, combine A2 milk and chia seeds. Mix it well.
  • Rest it overnight in the fridge until it becomes thick.
  • Serve with mango pieces and garnish with Sri Lankan rolled cinnamon powder and finely chopped pistachios.

Power tips and variations

  • You can use almond milk or coconut milk instead of A2 milk too.
  • Use a variety of fruits as per seasonal availability.
  • You can also alternate chia with sabja (sweet basil) seeds.
  • For those who want a little more sweetness, you can opt to add raw honey.
  • Always wash and soak mangoes for 2-4 hours in water before consuming them.

  • Add some mango purée, besan, honey, aloe vera gel, rose water, and curd to a bowl.
  • Mix to combine all the ingredients well.
  • Apply this de-tan pack evenly. Leave it on for 10 minutes to dry. Wash it with cold water as the final step.

  • If mango is unavailable, you can also use papaya as a replacement.
  • You can also opt to use maple syrup instead of honey.
