Avocado Beetroot mousse - Satiating creamy toothsome dessert
Ingredients
- 2 large Avocado Peeled and diced
- 2 medjool dates soaked in 1 tbsp water
- ¼ cup unsweetened Coconut milk or Almond milk as per needs
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 tsp Beetroot powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp Beetroot powder
- 1/2 tsp pure Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
Topping add ons
- Pumpkin seed
- Cacao nibs
- Coconut flakes
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients for the pudding to the food processor.
- Stop it in between making sure it gets into a smooth mousse consistency.
- Transfer it into containers or tiny glasses and refrigerate till the mixture is firm.
- Garnish with Topping add ons as per choice.
Notes
